Built for the workflow

Made for the team that has to ship every week.

If your content calendar has "founder podcast → blog post," "interview → LinkedIn thread," or "webinar replay → newsletter" — you're already doing the work RecapGPT was built for. Most teams spend 4-6 hours per long-form video repurposing it into other formats. RecapGPT does that work in under a minute, in the same draft.

Marketing teams using RecapGPT report cutting their content production cost by 60-80% on long-form repurposing — and shipping more, faster, across more channels.

What you ship

One video. Six pieces of content.

01

Long-form blog post

1,200–1,800 word article with SEO-optimized headings, pull-quotes, and proper sourcing. Drops cleanly into WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, or Notion.

02

Newsletter edition

Hook, body, sign-off — formatted for Substack, beehiiv, ConvertKit, or any ESP. Pull-quotes auto-extracted with timestamps.

03

Tweet/X thread

8–15 post thread with viral hook variations. Optimized pacing for the algorithm. Generates 2–3 angle options per video.

04

LinkedIn long-form

Native LinkedIn post format with line-break pacing tuned for the platform's reading flow. Outperforms generic AI-generated posts.

05

Quote graphics

Pre-extracted pull-quotes ready to drop into Canva, Figma, or your design system. Each quote linked to the exact second in the source.

06

Searchable archive

Every video joins a private corpus. Ask "what did Lex say about regulation in 2025" across your full library and get cited answers.

How it fits in your stack

Plays nice with the tools you already use.

RecapGPT exports cleanly into the platforms your team already lives in. No proprietary format, no lock-in, no migration headaches:

The math

What this is actually worth.

A typical content marketer spends 4–6 hours repurposing a single 60-minute podcast into a blog post, two threads, and a newsletter. At a $50/hour fully-loaded cost, that's $200–$300 per video.

RecapGPT does the first 80% of that work in under a minute — for $5.99/month per seat. Even a single video per week saves the equivalent of one full content marketer's time per quarter.

The honest version: You'll still want a human editor on every output. RecapGPT replaces the blank-page problem and the mechanical work of restructuring video into text. It doesn't replace voice, judgment, or final polish — and it shouldn't.

Questions

Honest answers.

How is this different from ChatGPT or Claude?

ChatGPT and Claude can't watch YouTube. They need you to manually copy a transcript first, then prompt them. RecapGPT handles the transcription, chaptering, citation-linking, multi-format generation, and exports — wrapped around the writing step. It's a workflow, not just a model.

Will the outputs match our brand voice?

Paste 3–5 examples of your team's past writing into a brand voice profile. RecapGPT will mirror your tone, hook style, sign-offs, and pacing across every output. Most teams refine voice profiles every few months as their style evolves.

Can multiple team members use the same account?

The current Pro plan is single-seat. Team workspaces with shared libraries and per-seat brand voice profiles are on the roadmap — email us at hello@recapgpt.app if your team needs early access.

Does it work on private or unlisted videos?

If you have the YouTube URL and the video is accessible, yes. We don't bypass paywalls, DRM, or YouTube's terms of service.

How long does it take per video?

Most 60–90 minute videos process in under 60 seconds. Three-hour podcasts typically take 90–120 seconds. Long videos are chunked and processed in parallel.

What if we want to bulk-process a whole channel or playlist?

Pro plan includes playlist and channel batch processing. Drop in a channel URL or playlist and recap every video at once.
